Scot Bertram serves as general manager of WRFH 101.7 FM, Hillsdale College’s student radio station, and also is a lecturer in journalism at Hillsdale. He hosts the college’s nationally syndicated weekend radio show and podcast, The Radio Free Hillsdale Hour, as well as the Hillsdale College Classical Education Podcast. In addition to his duties at Hillsdale, Bertram remains active in the radio industry, serving as a frequent guest host for the Illinois-based Michael Koolidge Show and the Michigan-based Steve Gruber Show, writing and recording original stories for The Center Square and Illinois Radio Network, and hosting a podcast for National Review. His writing has been published in The American Spectator and at National Review Online and The Federalist. He and his wife live in Michigan with their two children.
