Biography
Randy Hicks is the president and CEO of the Georgia Center for Opportunity (GCO), a Georgia-based non-profit organization that works to ensure that every person has access to quality education, fulfilling work, and healthy family life — the three elements of the success sequence. Under Hicks’ leadership, GCO has led efforts to mobilize community resources and public policy solutions that increase civil society’s response to community needs. Hicks earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in theology from Biola University in Los Angeles. He and his wife, Marilyn, reside in Suwanee, Georgia with their six children.
