Religious Liberty
Hon. Sam Brownback, JD, Samah Norquist, Montse Alvarado and Chris Seiple, Ph.D.
Religious liberty is increasingly under attack—both globally and even in the United States. This panel addresses why religious liberty is such fundamental human right, explores religious persecution across the globe, and examines recent efforts in the United States to reduce religious liberty as a mere “right to worship” within the confines of a church rather than the right to live out one’s religious convictions in both the public and private sphere.
